SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed on working days. The estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days for Belgium and 3–7 working days for other EU countries. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed during checkout, before you confirm your payment.

In the event of a delay or change to your order, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is legally established in Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

Return

Products must be returned to:

Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Products that have been used more than necessary to assess their nature and function may result in a reduced refund.

Return costs

The return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the standard shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, including tablecloths and table linens that are produced to order or feature a personal finish such as specific sizes, colors, or monograms. These products are manufactured especially for you and cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Defective or incorrect products

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Please contact charlotte@geselle-be.com within 14 days with photos of the problem. We will provide a free solution by means of a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
